Delivery of service
Pomello is software you use online. There is nothing to ship.
Version 1.0, 26 October 2026. Applies to Pomello subscriptions sold by Mario Windsor Solutions (trading as Mario Windsor & Co).
How you get Pomello
- Pomello is delivered online, as a service you open in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. No physical goods are shipped.
- Your practice is ready the moment you finish setting it up at app.getpomello.com. You get your practice’s own address, such as yourclinic.getpomello.com, straight away.
- When you pay for your subscription, it is active as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within minutes. You receive a confirmation and a GST invoice by email.
- Team members you invite get an email and sign in with Google.
If something doesn’t arrive
- If you have paid and your practice still shows a payment notice after an hour, or an invoice hasn’t reached you, email hello@getpomello.com or WhatsApp +91 99868 82698. We reply on working days.
Availability
- We aim for Pomello to be available at all times and plan maintenance outside usual clinic hours (6:30 am to 9:15 pm IST) where possible. The Terms of Service set out the details.
