Pricing questions
What counts as a team member?
Anyone besides you who can sign in to your practice, therapist or admin. You, the owner, are always the first seat. When we help you from inside your practice, our access is free and you can switch it off.
Why does an invited member cost less?
Someone who hasn’t accepted their invitation yet, or whose access you’ve switched off, is charged ₹249 a month instead of ₹499. Remove them altogether and they cost nothing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 14 days are free, with every feature and no card needed. After that, choose a plan to keep adding sessions and notes; you can always read and export what you’ve entered.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay, by UPI Autopay, card or e-mandate. Yearly plans can also be paid by bank transfer. GST invoices come from Mario Windsor & Co.
Are WhatsApp messages and payment fees included?
Pomello itself has no per-message or per-payment fees. WhatsApp messages go from your own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta bills you directly; Razorpay charges its usual fee on the payments your families make to you.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Plan & Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you keep read access and export. See refunds and cancellation for the details.
Will the price change?
If it ever does, we tell you at least 30 days ahead, and the new price starts from your next renewal.
